Job Summary:

Manage the facility’s admissions process and provide customers with facility-related information via facility tours, personal visits, assessments, follow-up, etc. Assist Marketing Director in achieving facility’s census and quality mix goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve daily productivity in the key result areas of the admissions process (setting appointments, conducting interviews, and enrolling students)
  • Help prospective students make the decision to choose a career path and a Heritage Education.​
  • Conduct personal interviews with prospective students.​
  • Set appointments for prospective students to visit the school.​
  • Make outbound telephone calls to individuals who have inquired about the school.​
  • Receive and respond to requests for information via phone, e-mail, print and other advertising sources.​

Position Requirements:

  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred. Equivalent related work experience may be acceptable.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a health care setting; long-term care setting preferred.
