Job Summary:
Manage the facility’s admissions process and provide customers with facility-related information via facility tours, personal visits, assessments, follow-up, etc. Assist Marketing Director in achieving facility’s census and quality mix goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily productivity in the key result areas of the admissions process (setting appointments, conducting interviews, and enrolling students)
- Help prospective students make the decision to choose a career path and a Heritage Education.
- Conduct personal interviews with prospective students.
- Set appointments for prospective students to visit the school.
- Make outbound telephone calls to individuals who have inquired about the school.
- Receive and respond to requests for information via phone, e-mail, print and other advertising sources.
Position Requirements:
