Job Summary:
Our Web Buyers’ Guide team is looking for an entry-level Campaign Project Coordinator to join our Topsfield, MA, team. The Project Coordinator’s main priorities will be assisting in the launch of our lead generation campaigns and supporting our marketing automation platform projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop upward management skills and express the desire to develop professional skills
- Research and stay up-to-date with market and industry trends as they relate to individual project scope as well as general marketing and business principles
- Act as an internal liaison between Program Managers, creative teams, vendors, and the client
- Ensure all campaign and program activity is delivered in-line with the agreed strategy and plan
- Assimilate and provide performance results, analyses and recommendations to internal teams
- Work with creative teams and manage partner / vendor relationships to ensure seamless implementation of new marketing initiatives
- Execute awareness and lead generation programs leveraging online events, seminars, direct mail, email, SEO, social media, and sales tools
- Design multi-tactic marketing campaigns to deliver customer action and satisfaction on behalf of our clients, through direct and indirect channels
Position Requirements:
- Able to work in a deadline driven team environment
- Self motivated, analytical, highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, v-look up)
- Ad server knowledge is a must; DART, Atlas and OAS is a plus
