Job Description:

We are presently seeking a candidate that has an excellent eye for detail and capable of multitasking to fill the Document Control Clerk position.​

Position Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access
  • Solid Works/​CAD experience required.​
  • Requires basic knowledge in required software for label generation.​
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as technical writing and documentation skills
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience of Agile (ECN) and SAP (Master data management) required.​

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Offsite: Prepares older documents for offsite storage.​

  • Copying: Reproduces documents including various sizes and binding requirements requested by project members.​
  • Scanning Documents: Scans documents using the OCE machine and reproduces as required.​
  • Mail: Receives, copies and distributes all incoming mail, drawings, reports and faxes.​ Ensures Document Control has a copy of all incoming program-related mail.​
  • Coding/​Indexing Documents.​ Assists with capturing and editing the attributes of all project documents in the Electronic Data or Document Management System (EDMS).​ Tracks and stores all CD submittals to Document Control.​
  • Other duties as Assigned: Assists Administrative Manager and or/​Office Services Supervisor with requests for support services as required.​
