Job Summary:
The THQ Ecommerce Manager role will be responsible for managing all aspects of THQ’s North American .com store. Working with THQ Global Brand Management, North American Marketing and Trade Marketing, Americas Sales/Operations, Community Management, and International counterparts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ongoing monitor key customer web sites for opportunities and changes.
- Consult Brand and/or Channel teams on initiatives.
- Analyze customer’s web POS, when available, and make recommended changes especially for key categories by account.
- Work with key information owners and other internal resources to deliver on time. Work with other key stakeholders on improving data integrity within ACCO’s systems.
- Help manage data and image scrubs on web sites to ensure all products carried by customer/reseller are posted and accurate. Serve as a leader and stay at the forefront of best web practices to share knowledge. Build and recommend corresponding plans for key customers.
- Oversee eCommerce efforts for indirect and direct channels for ACCO’s portfolio of sites.
