Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide coverage at other times as needed
- Close the fitness center at 7:40 PM daily
- Perform monthly safety checks on equipment
- Develop individualized exercise programs for gym members
- Provide guidance and answers to gym members
- Oversee upkeep of the fitness center
- Orients and trains employees in use of equipment and in exercise techniques
- Troubleshoots and maintains exercise equipment
- Provide blood pressure and pulse monitoring to gym members
- Instructs gym members in rehabilitation and injury prevention techniques
- Teach 6-10 exercises classes weekly
- Maintain fitness center supplies, members’ clothing and bins.
Position Requirements:
- PPO with HRA (Health Reimbursement Account)
- HSA (Health Savings Account) Accumulation with PPO
- Capacity to teach aerobic classes
- HMO Only
- HMO with HRA (Health Reimbursement Account)
- Familiarity with relaxation, injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques
- Physical education training Familiarity with exercise equipment and techniques
Salary: $13.00 – $16.00 Hourly DOE
