Job Summary:

The Resource Coordinator is responsible for organizing the National Children’s Study in Schuylkill County under the direction of the Site Manager so that it can operate in an efficient and effective manner, functioning as an office receptionist, serving as a resource for word processing and office computer programs, preparing and maintaining NCS statistics, providing human resource management assistance, and facilitating a clean, safe, and operational work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handles photocopying and printing requests
  • Proofreads and edits documents
  • Manages business office documentation, such as purchase orders and check requests
  • Surveys supplies and equipment and orders replacements
  • Schedules travel and lodging arrangements
  • Records and distributes meeting minutes
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings and facilities
  • Creates and maintains filing systems for various records, forms, and confidential information

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to switch tasks unexpectedly and manage many, many tasks simultaneously with extreme attention to detail and numbers
  • Proficient in web-based candidate tracking system management and reporting
  • Strong work ethic, sense of commitment and a desire to succeed
