Job Summary:
Manage the recruiting, performance management, learning/development, employee relations, and communications components of HR. Research and implement best practices and provide excellent support to management and staff to reach strategic and operating objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide HR Consulting support to the Card organization
- Partner with HR partner groups on design of key HR programs: provide feedback, input, change management considerations, etc. to ensure that end products are relevant, applicable and achieve desired end results
- Coordinate HR work streams on key business projects
Position Requirements:
- PHR and/or SPHR is a plus
- Able to handle confidential information of highest level
- Proven ability to manage small projects, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines
- In-depth knowledge and proficiency of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proven and successful team player and team building skills
- Thorough knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures including training and development
- Minimum 4+ years in an HR Generalist/Management role
Salary: 60,000.00 – 70,000.00 USD /year
