Job Summary:

Manage the recruiting, performance management, learning/​development, employee relations, and communications components of HR.​ Research and implement best practices and provide excellent support to management and staff to reach strategic and operating objectives.​

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR Consulting support to the Card organization
  • Partner with HR partner groups on design of key HR programs: provide feedback, input, change management considerations, etc. to ensure that end products are relevant, applicable and achieve desired end results
  • Coordinate HR work streams on key business projects

Position Requirements:

  • PHR and/or SPHR is a plus
  • Able to handle confidential information of highest level
  • Proven ability to manage small projects, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proven and successful team player and team building skills
  • Thorough knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures including training and development
  • Minimum 4+ years in an HR Generalist/Management role

Salary: 60,000.​00 – 70,000.​00 USD /​year
