Job Summary:
A Mid-Level Integration Engineer utilizes Sparta proprietary software to enhance customer capabilities based on mission critical needs. Common tasks include system installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and store interface definition files and documentation as directed
- Prepare a timeline schedule with milestones for development, testing, and delivery of each interface
- Coordinate customer interface requirements and a delivery schedule
- Effectively work and communicate with the Implementation Team
- Work with management to develop and maintain interface policy and procedures
- Develop, maintain, and properly store customer requirements and acceptance records
- Provide support to help desk as needed
- Develop and maintain current specifications for interfaces to be implemented
- Escalate issues discovered during interface development which may impact the delivery of projects
Position Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Integration Specialist or Engineer
- Basic understanding of C/C++ and Java
- 1+ year(s) in the Pharmacy Automation Industry
- Experience writing Unix scripts
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with network analysis tools (e.g. Wireshark)
- Strong knowledge of networking and network protocols
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (both remote and in-person)
- Excellent problem solving skills
Work Hours: Hours will include the possibility of evening and weekend work
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
