Job Summary:

The Corporate Talent Coordinator will be responsible for all human resource support and coordination activities for the Corporate HR team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Corporate HR team with additional projects as needed
  • Participates in the coordination of social activities for the Waltham office
  • Prepares generated reports as instructed
  • Maintain Corporate Personnel files located in Waltham
  • Coordinate exit interview process
  • Maintain new hire and terminated employee analysis
  • Complete EAN for all off cycle salary changes, promotions, terminations and person data updates
  • Coordinate requisition approval, candidate sourcing and tracking of contingent workers to comply with Contingent Worker Policy
  • Enter and maintain candidates in local HRIS system and communicate needed updates to HR team members in remote locations
  • Send notification to candidate when background check results are not as expected

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or related experience
  • Experience with iVantage and Oracle a plus
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with executive level management
  • General knowledge of human resources functions
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks from multiple sources
  • Must exhibit a sense of urgency while maintaining commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to grasp concepts and apply that information to similar situations
  • Must have a strong sense of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of human resources information
  • Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team
