Exceptional Third Party Logistics (3PL) Organization in dynamic growth mode is actively seeking proven successful sales professionals to join their team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • He should consistently follow up to ensure that the loads are moving according to the schedule and the expectations of the customers
  • He must make clear communication of service expectations
  • He needs to make intelligent and tactful negotiation of rates and services
  • He must undertake verification of carrier safety and other qualifications according to company policy
  • By using available industry tools and relationships, he must identify potential carriers
  • He must coordinate with other departments and foster growth in brokerage business
  • He has to do immediate follow up and management of any exception

Position Requirements:

  • Exhibit relationship building capabilities
  • Strong business acumen
  • History of growing revenue and exceeding goals
  • Strong sales methodology, and consultative sales approach
  • A passion to build something great
  • A documented track record of developing strength in “Going to Market”
  • A proven logistics sales leader who has 2-3 years of background in 3PL
