Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Sr.​ Digital Strategist for our Tampa location.​ The candidate will have a passion for online marketing and have an impressive knowledge of current and emerging online tactics to drive revenue and site growth.​

Position Requirements:

• Collaborating with team leaders to ensure client expectations are managed with regard to project scope, progress, schedule and budget
• Partnering with Media Directors to ensure that best-in-class digital media practices are adopted, evolving, and being adhered to
• Providing ongoing thought-leadership across all aspects of digital marketing
• Participating in the development of strategic partner alliances including the identification and application of innovative technologies/​emerging media as well as collaboration with other Mullen offices
• Collaborating with analytics and media teams to assess the performance of clients’ digital engagements
• Partnering with Account Service to lead cross-functional teams in the execution of all digital marketing engagements
• Leading the development of digital business, marketing and advertising strategies for current and potential clients

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor degree required.​ Graduate degree a plus
• Proven expertise in multi-tasking – serving multiple clients or projects simultaneously
• Stellar presentation skills – candidates will be required to conduct a presentation as part of the interview process
• Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing strategy or management roles
• Familiarity with web analytic software required; Omniture preferred
• Strong reporting skills
• Strong knowledge of Internet Browsers, MS Office, mobile technologies and social media a big plus
• Prior agency experience a plus
• Proven track record in delivering strategic recommendations based on data insights, leading to client success
• Strong retail knowledge, e-commerce experience a plus
• Digital/​Interactive marketing knowledge a must – Minimum of 5 years consulting, supporting or working with digital solutions

Salary: $11,000.00 – $13,000.00 /year
