Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Special projects as assigned
  • Handle phases of collections
  • Research and process credit reconciliations
  • Tracking invoice history and reporting progress to management
  • Setting up payment arrangements with customers
  • General office tasks such as filing, making copies and data entry
  • Receive and process payments
  • Making calls to follow up on invoices

Salary: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour, based on experience
