Rosehill Gardens, Inc.​, a premier Kansas City landscape company for nearly 100 years, has an immediate position available for an experienced Landscape Design professional.​We are seeking a landscape architect to join our team in a part time /​ as needed capacity.

Position Requirements:

• Preparation of various reports, calculations and exhibits for presentation
• Coordination and correspondence with various design professionals and clients
• Preparation of construction and bonding estimates
• Due diligence research (ordinance reviews and compliance reports)
• Preparation of tree replacement/​preservation plans
• Tree identification, site visits, preparation of As-Built plans
• Design and preparation of landscape, irrigation, lighting, grading and concept plans

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Portfolio of Designs
• Design build background
• Extensive Plant Knowledge
• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture/​Design
• Must have a degree from an accredited landscape architecture program
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Hardscapes, Irrigation Systems and Lighting Design
