Duties and Responsibilities:
- Office coverage and registration at events.
- Updating database and menus
- Answering phones, correspondence, coordination and implementation of small event bookings
Position Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great organization skills.
- Able to multi-task.
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous catering administrative experience required in a club or hotel environment.
