Job Summary:

GLC Associates has a brand-new opening for a Clinical Coordinator in the Bronx.​ Monday through Friday dayshift position.​ Generous compensation plus full benefits package.​

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participates in all activities designed to enhance and build an active network of mentors
  • In collaboration with the Program Manager and Recruiter, assists in mentor selection, certification, retention and social activities
  • Participates in rotational on-call system
  • Assists with emergency coverage and crisis intervention support for all clients as needed
  • Secures individual mentor contracts and complete annual contract reviews for mentors
  • Provides pre-service introduction and in-service continuing education to mentors as appropriate per regulatory requirements and treatment plans
  • Assists with all legal, licensing, regulatory and certification activities as needed
  • Maintains current and complete client and reporting records in accordance with corporate and regulatory standards
  • Makes home visits and conduct mentor group meetings as required
  • Provides monitoring and consultation to mentors regarding work with clients and implementation of service plan
  • Coordinates and evaluates plan implementation
  • Assesses referred clients, leads development of service plan in conjunction with treatment team and funding source
  • Provide case management and counseling services to a client caseload assigned by the Program Manager

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to supervise, and refer appropriate assessment tools as needed
  • Five years of clinical experience with at least 1 year of supervisory responsibility
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a Physical, Speech or Occupational Therapy program

Salary: $15.00 – $18.00 Hourly DOE
