Job Summary:

Environmental Consultants, Inc.​ (ECI) has been the world’s leading provider of vegetation management solutions for electric utilities and private industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works in collaboration with the Release Analyst to manage upgrade activities and scheduled/monthly maintenance activities
  • Plans and manages scheduled events such as 3rd party data loads and batch jobs
  • Plans and coordinates Client environment downtimes and downtime communication
  • Defines and manages the process for the delivery, evaluation, testing and implementation of Special Updates, Interim Updates and Major Version Upgrades
  • Functions as a liaison between technical staff, application build teams, testing team, and training team under the direction of the Manager
  • Facilitates daily Client Environment Coordination meetings
  • Maintains documentation of Client technical infrastructure
  • Identifies and reports problems/issues with Client environment maintenance, content or usage; conducts impact analysis and/or root cause analysis and provides a synopsis of the issue including potential solutions and risks to Client leadership
  • Leads effort to define environment needs/requirements of Client application teams and coordinates activities to prepare environments
  • Develops, supports, and maintains documentation and procedures related to the management and use of Client environments and provides training to other Client staff

Position Requirements:

  • Prefer experience/​strength in air media
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and HSE management systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications
  • Good collaborator
  • Knowledge and understanding of EPA regulations and environmental air, water and waste issues including Title V, NSPS, RCRA, NPDES, SPCC, MACT and other local, regional, state and federal environmental issues
  • Trained in emergency response incident command system and procedures
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and positively influence operations personnel.​ Self-directed (or takes initiative)

Salary: $13.00 – $14.00 Hourly DOE
