Job Summary:

We are working with our client in locating a Project Manager to assist with the business side of a SumTotal implementation. The project is in the pre-implementation stage at this point.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Technically adept – able to quickly master the nuts and bolts of our devices and in possession of enough networking and database knowledge that they will be able to be credible in front of a class
• To stay current, proactively seeks information on industry and learning best practices. Shares knowledge with other Learning Services associates
• Willing/Able to travel
• Able to do stand-up delivery
• Degree in Instructional Design or related
• Facilitate training sessions, both in person and via Webinar, streaming video, or other means

Position Requirements:

• LMS implementation experience highly preferred
• Experience working with SumTotal is highly preferred
• Able to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization
• 3+ year project management experience working with multiple business units
• Fast learner and creative problem solver
