Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Masters Degree preferred
• Aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving
• Experience in the Health and Human Services industry
• 3+​ years related work experience in the Healthcare industry
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• 3+​ years of administrative and technical support
• Ability to multi-task and support multiple priorities / multiple deliverables
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, HL7, EDI, and NextGen Software

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identifying new opportunities to utilize standard SAP functionality and reduce customization
• Participation in projects requiring full project life cycle (requirements, design, development, testing, implementation)
• Assisting with prioritization and value rationalization of small enhancements and projects
• Assisting users with day to day production support

Salary: $62,000 – $92,000/year
