Volt client in Bedford has temp to hire opening for an experienced coater/slitter operator. Employee will be working on pressure sensitive adhesive. Much wanted first shift opening is available.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Rules
• Visual Acuity to read and record weights and numbers
• Ensuring Product Quality
• Checking the schedule and maintaining production and coil usage reports
• Slitter Set ups to slit widths and tolerances as required
• Proper Operation of all equipment on the slitting line

Position Requirements:

• Activity level is high – continuous movement
• Controlled Noise exposure
• Personal Protective Equipment required at all times
• Manufacturing facility – exposed to heat and cold
