The Corporate Communications Manager is involved in a wide range of duties that touch all aspects of Corp Comm.’s role at AP, from general administrative tasks and assisting with event planning to helping monitor AP’s public feedback forums, assisting with the creation and distribution of corporate communications materials, updating content on the new Intranet and helping manage the Corporate Communications SharePoint site.​

The Associated Press seeks an Office Manager for its New York City headquarters.​

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with special projects and customer service
  • Review billing for new enrollments
  • Completing all activities for new client enrollments
  • Overseeing the administrative functions of the office
