- Experience with Real Estate related ERP Systems is needed (PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Yardi, MRI, etc.)
- Prior consulting and/or project based experience on a Global ERP implementation, in a role providing leadership in production or project-oriented activities such as planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating.
- 3 to 5 years experience working in a Project Management, PMO or Consulting related position in the Real Estate industry, specifically working on Business Process Improvement/Redesign and Operational Efficiency initiatives
