Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops daily lesson plans; advises and tutors students;
- Maintains current and accurate attendance and grade records;
- Remains current in applicable program teaching field;
- Participates in faculty meetings, instructional seminars and in-service training sessions;
- Under the general supervision of the Program Director delivers class and/or clinical instructions according to an approved course syllabus using accepted and effective teaching methods;
- Participates in school activities such as faculty meetings, student functions, graduation exercises, open houses, new student orientations, and advisory board meetings.
Position Requirements:
- Draft expert reports, affidavits, and other expert testimony
- Form and articulate expert opinions based on analysis
- Produce high quality oral and written work product presenting complex technical matters clearly and concisely
- Provide creative and innovative solutions for client matters
- Perform forensic analysis
- Preserve, harvest, and process electronic data according to the firm’s policies and practices
- Consult with clients regarding Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards and opine on the validity of findings of non-compliance in QIRA reports of compromise
Salary: $11.00 – $13.00 Hourly DOE
