Job Description:

If you are a Digital Forensic Examiner with experience working on data breach cases (incident and remediation) in the realm of PCI and PII, please read on!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops daily lesson plans; advises and tutors students;
  • Maintains current and accurate attendance and grade records;
  • Remains current in applicable program teaching field;
  • Participates in faculty meetings, instructional seminars and in-service training sessions;
  • Under the general supervision of the Program Director delivers class and/or clinical instructions according to an approved course syllabus using accepted and effective teaching methods;
  • Participates in school activities such as faculty meetings, student functions, graduation exercises, open houses, new student orientations, and advisory board meetings.

Position Requirements:

  • Draft expert reports, affidavits, and other expert testimony
  • Form and articulate expert opinions based on analysis
  • Produce high quality oral and written work product presenting complex technical matters clearly and concisely
  • Provide creative and innovative solutions for client matters
  • Perform forensic analysis
  • Preserve, harvest, and process electronic data according to the firm’s policies and practices
  • Consult with clients regarding Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards and opine on the validity of findings of non-compliance in QIRA reports of compromise

Salary: $11.00 – $13.00 Hourly DOE
