Duties and Responsibilities:
- Order of all front office supplies
- Scheduling all meeting / conference rooms and coordinate any necessary refreshments for meetings
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail including FedEx and UPS
- Answering all incoming calls in a pleasant manner and directing them appropriately
- Collects inbound mail and processes outbound mail
- Greeting all visitors who come onsite and alerting the person they are there to see of their arrival
- Will be using MS outlook to schedule meetings, answer meeting request, and for correspondence with SAP employees
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and contribute proactively, while adapting to a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High School Diploma
- 2 years experience as a front desk clerk / receptionist
- Must possess good organizational skills with attention to details
