Job Summary:

One of the fastest growing organizations in the Indianapolis area is looking to fill their front desk position. They are looking for experienced candidates who have a professional and pleasant demeanor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Order of all front office supplies
  • Scheduling all meeting / conference rooms and coordinate any necessary refreshments for meetings
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail including FedEx and UPS
  • Answering all incoming calls in a pleasant manner and directing them appropriately
  • Collects inbound mail and processes outbound mail
  • Greeting all visitors who come onsite and alerting the person they are there to see of their arrival
  • Will be using MS outlook to schedule meetings, answer meeting request, and for correspondence with SAP employees
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and contribute proactively, while adapting to a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years experience as a front desk clerk / receptionist
  • Must possess good organizational skills with attention to details

Salary: 60,000.00 – 80,000.00 USD /year
