Job Summary:

With limited supervision, the Front-of the-house Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the front-of-the-house functions in a restaurant, including appearance, presentation, customer experience and professional leadership and direction to front-of-the-house employees, bartenders, waitstaff, bussers and host.​

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures appropriate security in the center
  • Assists in preparation of financial records in relation to daily center operation
  • Maintains and analyzes required forms and reports for management; updates perpetual records
  • Assists in conducting special events, game promotions, etc
  • Ensures proper ‘carding’ of guests to ensure compliance with law and company procedures
  • Ensures that maximum utilization of games and laser tag is realized through efficient control of the flow of guests
  • Ensures customers receive prompt, efficient, courteous service. Provides friendly, courteous, polite, and helpful customer service
  • Schedules Game Room Technician, Game Room Merchandiser and Game Room Attendants
  • Provides work direction to other employees on required tasks
  • Performs regular ‘table touches’ to solicit feedback and communicate appropriate information
  • Builds relationships with guests for the purpose of ensuring excellent guest service and prompt resolution of service issues

Position Requirements:

  • P&L knowledge and accountability
  • Self-starter with “Whatever it takes” attitude and high sense of urgency
  • Above average knowledge with the latest Microsoft programs and ability to learn new databases
  • Customer service oriented with exceptional communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Two to four years experience working in a growing, entrepreneurial, restaurant, environment

Salary: $12.00 – $14.00 Hourly DOE
