Job Description:

The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and measuring performance of Marketing Programs with assigned channel partners designed to build Toshiba’s brand, enhance customer experience, increase market share and strengthen existing channel partner relationships and revenue contribution across all market segments.​

Position Requirements:

  • Good presentation and communication skill
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC, Lighting, Refrigeration and Building Automation control systems is preferred
  • Good technical and engineering background, with technical support experience preferred
  • Strong Ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Direct sales experience, able to contact and manage relationship with assigned Channel Partners
  • Ability to drive sales engagements and marketing programs with Channel Partners
  • 5+​ years working experience as a Channel Sales or Marketing Manager in a related industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates current product mix and makes recommendations based on meetings with customer and evaluation of the competitive set
  • Analyze and report progress against campaign goals and ROI
  • Interpret market and channel macro trends into channel strategies
  • Work closely with customer marketing and vertical marketing leaders; expand and grow customer level marketing relationships
  • Understand target audience(s) key needs / desires and purchase behavior
  • Work closely with sector marketing and branding
  • Aligns channel marketing communications strategies with brand strategies
  • Monitors merchandising at retail and conducts pre and post-launch analysis to drive improvement
  • Lead marketing efforts associated with product/business line reviews at account
  • Lead new product introductions efforts within channel including collateral development, communication strategy, merchandising procurement, training tools and execution
  • Develop and manage channel marketing budget and expenses including forecast accuracy
  • Develop and execute annual marketing and demand creation (promotion) plan

Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 /year
