Job Summary:
Financier Patisserie a premier French Cafe and Pastry destination, is seeking both Cafe Managers and Cafe Supervisors for 3 Fall new Cafe Openings in exciting NYC locations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize and oversee proper cash handling procedures.
- Complete daily reports and maintain an awareness of Quality, Sales, and Costs;
- Maintain day-to-day cost control measures;
- Increase bakery cafe sales and profits;
- Achieve food cost goals by managing cost control procedures and waste issues;
- Achieve labor goals by managing labor and scheduling;
- Training staff for quality, accuracy, speed, and conformance to recipes and standards;
- Employee development, motivation, and support;
- Customer Service and keeping staff focused on customers, consistency, and service;
Position Requirements:
