Job Summary:

Financier Patisserie a premier French Cafe and Pastry destination, is seeking both Cafe Managers and Cafe Supervisors for 3 Fall new Cafe Openings in exciting NYC locations.​

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize and oversee proper cash handling procedures.​
  • Complete daily reports and maintain an awareness of Quality, Sales, and Costs;
  • Maintain day-to-day cost control measures;
  • Increase bakery cafe sales and profits;
  • Achieve food cost goals by managing cost control procedures and waste issues;
  • Achieve labor goals by managing labor and scheduling;
  • Training staff for quality, accuracy, speed, and conformance to recipes and standards;
  • Employee development, motivation, and support;
  • Customer Service and keeping staff focused on customers, consistency, and service;

Position Requirements:

  • Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment
