Job Summary:

Our Web Buyers’ Guide team is looking for an entry-level Campaign Project Coordinator to join our Topsfield, MA, team.​ The Project Coordinator’s main priorities will be assisting in the launch of our lead generation campaigns and supporting our marketing automation platform projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop upward management skills and express the desire to develop professional skills
  • Research and stay up-to-date with market and industry trends as they relate to individual project scope as well as general marketing and business principles
  • Act as an internal liaison between Program Managers, creative teams, vendors, and the client
  • Ensure all campaign and program activity is delivered in-line with the agreed strategy and plan
  • Assimilate and provide performance results, analyses and recommendations to internal teams
  • Work with creative teams and manage partner /​ vendor relationships to ensure seamless implementation of new marketing initiatives
  • Execute awareness and lead generation programs leveraging online events, seminars, direct mail, email, SEO, social media, and sales tools
  • Design multi-tactic marketing campaigns to deliver customer action and satisfaction on behalf of our clients, through direct and indirect channels

Position Requirements:

  • Able to work in a deadline driven team environment
  • Self motivated, analytical, highly organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, v-look up)
  • Ad server knowledge is a must; DART, Atlas and OAS is a plus
  • 1-2 years of ad ops trafficking or campaign management experience
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related degree

Salary: $13.00 – $16.00 Hourly DOE
