Growing Oxygen/​Respiratory company is seeking a General Office Assistant.​ This individual will start as a part-time employee with great potential for full-time.​

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists with bookings; Filing, Copying, Mailing
  • Makes labels; Assists with invoicing; Assists with payables
  • Takes inventories; Orders supplies; Runs errands
  • Opens mail; Orders food and other necessary items for clients
  • Stocks and maintains kitchen / client lounge
  • Cleaning projects when necessary
  • Research projects; Meets and greets clients
  • Ships packages; Arranges car services and messengers

Position Requirements:

  • Must work well under pressure and maintain composure in dynamic environment
  • Detail oriented, focused, personable, timely individual who is good at multitasking and prioritizing.
  • Interest in management or administrative career in Entertainment Business
  • At least 2 years experience in client services, management or office work

Salary: $11.00 – $16.00 Hourly DOE
