Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and audit documents for accuracy
  • Interface with other department personnel regarding pricing or service related issues
  • Complete all administrative procedures related to client moves
  • Assist in the development of marketing ideas
  • Communicate results of quality assurance visits back to booker
  • Participate in performing quality assurance visits
  • Communicate with client or booker in regards to specific shipment details or special needs
  • Provide necessary pricing and shipping information to clients
  • Update computer tracking systems with notes regarding changes and communications
  • Monitor and track shipment status to ensure delivery dates are met
  • Other functions as assigned
