Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized Export Coordinator who can handle purchase orders for grocery stores overseas.​ Ability to handle a high volume of emails, basic computer proficiency including typing skills and being knowledgeable in Excel is a MUST.​

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Record dispatches, arrivals and unloading of inbound containers at DC
  • Process documents for export shipments
  • Calculate measurements and costs for international export shipments
  • Collaborate with China Office and US Warehouse staff to expedite shipments
  • Code and process freight bills
  • Generate container report for use by organization
  • Manage daily container shipments from overseas vendors

Position Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and strong organizational skills
  • Must be a self-starter and work independently
  • Excellent written and oral communications, multi-tasking, initiative and strong attention to detail required
  • Experience with SAP, AS400, and other software systems commonly used in distribution.​
