Job Summary:

Our client has an urgent need for a Proposal Coordinator in their Corporate Proposal Center located in Chantilly, VA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Archive proposals upon completion
  • Maintain and improve technical competency in proposal tools
  • Maintain Proposal Dashboard
  • Maintain proposal content database
  • Register and track proposals and RFP through the entire response lifecycle;
  • Assist in managing RFP metrics.​
  • Provide proposal assistance, guidance, and advice to account teams managing their own RFP responses;
  • Perform and/​or manage all activities related to the physical assembly, production, and delivery of the RFP response or proposal to the final recipient on time and in the proper format(s), as directed;
  • Enforce approved style guidelines;
  • Effectively utilize any designated proposal automation tools;
  • Perform light writing and editing duties, as directed;
  • Assist Proposal Managers, as directed;
  • Register and track proposals and RFP through the entire response lifecycle:

Position Requirements:

  • MS Office Experience, Bachelor’s Degree
  • Shipley training preferred
  • Proficiently use MS Office Suite 2003/2007 required
  • Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field and five to nine years of related (proposal preparation and analysis within a government contractor) experience
